We are seeking a seller with department responsibility for Deli at Coop Östra Station Umeå! The position is a permanent full-time employment and primarily involves, in consultation with the store manager, being responsible for Deli and preparation. In your role as department manager, you will ensure that customers encounter a fresh, inspiring, and well-maintained store with good hospitality from you and other employees. Your way of caring for and displaying the products should inspire and create joy in food among our customers. You have a good sense of food and cooking in all its forms and are not afraid to try new things. You contribute to having efficient routines and selling profitably. As a department manager, it is essential that you enjoy a varied and fast-paced work environment.

As a seller with department responsibility, you will primarily work with tasks within the Deli and preparation area. You will also work in the store kitchen and with other relevant tasks within the store. Do you have experience in the industry and a knack for service? We are looking for someone with experience working in Deli. Experience in preparation, such as cold kitchen, is an advantage. We believe that the ideal candidate has at least a high school education. We offer a varied and fast-paced work environment.

You are attentive to trends in food culture, what is happening in the industry, and in your local market. You thrive in and are stimulated by a dynamic everyday life and have the ability to create a positive work environment from it.
